A RANT ABOUT MY LLC ISSUES (Pt. 1)

This video is just a small part of my journey and so I’m sharing this for a few reasons:

• I felt like I made a big mistake during this situation. I was hard on myself because this error or lack of understanding is now going to be costly.
I hope that by watching this someone will learn from my missteps

• I want to share a bit of my journey/process as I take steps towards building a business or following my dreams

• my wife actually encouraged me to document some moments of thought, struggle, frustration or success as a way to capture a moment that could be a lesson for myself or others who watch it

• I want to get comfortable on camera. I love taking pictures and video but I hate the sound of my voice lol (and I definitely need a haircut and shave lol)

• this video is not about my lawyer but rather about my part (or lack thereof) in doing my due diligence to research the options I had/have and really try to understand what’s best for the direction I’m going. (My lawyer is being very patient and helpful with me.)

I don’t know who this video will help but I know I will look back at it later and see the growth and lessons I learned along the way.

No dream is ever realized without a huge measure of determination. And I am determined to see UNYC dreams come to life!
